Do you know what you were doing nineteen years ago, today?
I know what I was doing; I was getting married!
And guess what?
I'm still married!
(As my friend, Bernie, frequently asks, "How does she stand it?")
I dunno, other than the law of inertia states that objects at rest tend to stay at rest.
To my wife, Michelle, I say, "Thanks for nearly two decades of martial bliss! Oh, and thanks for the daughter, too."

Happy Anniversary. Now go out get that lucky lady a card or something.
Congratulations on the good marriage, Craig, and happy anniversary to you both.
Congrats! Nineteen years, that's a rare thing these days.
Happy anniversary! (And congratulations!)
I hope you've got some nice romantic plans for the rest of the day.
Any advice for a successful marriage?
i know what I was doing, etc...
happy happy joy joy
Congratulations! Keep up the good work wherever it may take you!
As sung by Barney Rubble: "Celebrating merrily, their Happy Anni-versary!"
Hey, guys, thanks so much for the well-wishes!
The "secret" for a long, happy marriage? I dunno. I was reading ECCLESIASTES 4:9-10 this morning and it seems to sum it up this way:
"Two are better off than one, because together they can work more effectively. If one of them falls down, the other can help him up."
Not very romantic, but very practical and very true.
I had a bad day at work yesterday, and Michelle was there to help me up. (And, being our anniversary, well, let's just say I feel good in knowing I was able to make someone happy yesterday.)
Congrats you two! Even though I'm a bitter soon to be divorced guy, I still do believe in life long love. I just wish lawyers didn't exist right now.
Thanks, f-ball. I know this is a bad time for you, what with your beating heart being ripped right out of your chest through your ribcage and all. I hope I never know that kind of hurt.
Congratulations, Craig and Mrs. Craig! I think a sense of humor is probably the most important glue a marriage can have, and boy are you sticky!
But seriously, folks, may you have many, many more years together. Shared happiness is a wonderful thing.
woohoo! happy belated anniversary wishes!
