The Wife's Surgery...

...was a success!

Turns out, the best-case scenario came to pass, i. e. it was a benign cyst and a hysterectomy was not required.

Thanks to everyone for their prayers, well-wishes, commiseration and all.

I missed a call from the insurance company today. Of course I got the person's voice mail and of course they did not call back. But, gee, how could they have possibly known we had surgery scheduled for today and wouldn't be home to answer the phone. OOOOOOOHHHH!

And I think the insurance company KNOWS when you're not home. They do that on purpose. Weaselly little insurance dudes.

Hey Craig -
Wishing all the best and a speedy, full recovery to your wife!

Get this - the Marty Feldman show mentioned in my blog was shown recently as part of a huge party for a friend's 50th birthday. The crowd loved it. Now just who is sitting on the other 12 episodes and why aren't they releasing these hilarious shows on DVD?

Ok, I found it. I'm so glad your wife didn't have to have the hysterectomy. I had one last May and it was no fun!
