Let the record show that the last dishwasher rack rolled of the Nestaway assembly line in Clinton, NC on Friday, April 1, 2011.

April Fools' Day.

The five remaining manufacturing employees were laid off and it remains for those of us "left-behinders" to perform mop-up operations so that the plant can be put into moth balls.

How much longer will this take?

Maybe a week.

Maybe two weeks.

My boss has a previously planned vacation (yet another cruise!) for somewhere around April 21, so my guess is no later than 04/21/11.

So what's next..?
