For some reason we have the highest priced gas in the country here in Buffalo, NY. It's about $2.49 a gallon. Down the road in Rochester it's about $0.50 cheaper. We get killed here on everything!! Taxes, sales tax..don't get me started!
Amy: I just saw gas for $1.74/gal yesterday. And that wasn't even at the "cheap place!"
lee: I'm old enough to remember folks from Buffalo, NY clogging the Peace Bridge and Rainbow Bridge to get the "cheap gas" in Ontario. And it was pumped out in 5-quart "imperial gallons!" Happy times, eh?

i got psyched the other day when i saw gas for 1.81 a gallon... really.
I know, it made me giddy to see the prices dropping, uuntil I realized it was going to just encourage Hummer sales.
Yeah, that won't last for long, so enjoy it while you can.
Different units of measurement, same story!
