We watched the speech on PBS last night, and they followed it with commentary from two retired high-ranking military guys who were both obviously angry and upset over it. One said that Bush obviously doesn't understand the war we're fighting. What's going on over there has nothing to do with bringing "democracy" to Iraq or the Iraqi people. When you have no strategy, what good does it do to throw more troops into it?
Then this morning I was on Greenery in Bagdad, and I suggest that everyone read the view from there.
